AFTERCARE PACKAGE
An after care package is available for each individual according to their needs. We offer one-to-one counselling both face to face and by telephone (which carries a fee). Alongside this we have telephone, email and letter contact which we encourage ex-residents to take advantage of (which is free of charge).

We are still putting our plans together and awaiting input from our residents.

Any announcements, news, events – email your messages to us and we will put them up on our Message Board which is updated monthly.

EX-CLIENTS REUNITED!
If there is someone you would like to regain contact with from the programme please fill in the details below and we will endeavour to help you! We will keep all your details confidential. If we are able to find the person you are looking for, we will contact them to ascertain as to whether they wish to be contacted, if they do, then we will get you back in contact. No information will be given out without the consent of the client/ex-client being given.
