Here at Somewhere House, we are well aware of the risk and vulnerability of next steps after completion of treatment and after care for our clients. We fully support and prepare them with opportunities to visit where they are returning to before actually completing and if they are thinking of relocation or need more time to establsih themselves in early recovery, we have numerous move on properties in the community they can live in until they feel ready to make the next steps on their journey. We are very proud that we can offer them this vital form of aftercare.
