Change

Some people struggle with change. Fact. The same is no different for our clients. What we get them to look at is, why? Adapting to change is part of life - clients are supported to be honest about where they are at, rather than internalising the feelings which further adds to anxiety and overthinking. The ability to be emotionally honest with self and also others is something we promote in both group and one to one therapy. We challenge and support clients to not revert back to old ways of thinking.
