Our interview process

Our interview process is 2 stage for anyone wanting to work here, this includes a student placement. First part is with a member of the management team, going through and discussing the application form and the 2nd part, includes the candidate attending a group therapy session and at the end of this, the group asking the potential candidate some questions to assess suitability for employment here. This really does embrace a person centred approach, which is inclusive and given that staff are working in the clients home, it's only right that they have a say in potential staff joining the organisation.
