Routine and Structure in Recovery

Routine limits idle time, which can trigger cravings or negative thinking. It helps regulate sleep, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing. Over time, structure becomes a foundation for confidence, purpose, and resilience, allowing recovery to move from surviving each day to steadily building a meaningful, balanced life.
